這是一間非常適合親子家庭旅遊的新房子，地點離車站8分鐘，附近也有便利商店、麥當勞、小型超市，一進房就能感受到屋主細心規劃，在有限的空間裡設計出舒適的硬體，每層樓都有廁所，2～3樓皆有沐浴區，節省不少家庭洗澡時間，3樓的電子溫控浴缸也很棒，在東京徒步一天後能泡澡是非常享受的，孩子們很喜歡3樓房的雙層床溜滑梯床，生活用品應有盡有，適逢萬聖節還設有迎賓小糖果，這是一間會讓人想再回訪的房子，推薦給大家。

硬要說的話，就是基地空間有限，但是能感覺出屋主用心的，在有限的空間裡設計出最大的生活舒適度。

We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this house to anyone visiting Tokyo. The house is newly built, and everything looks brand new, clean, and very well maintained. The interior design is beautiful, with each room having its own unique style and atmosphere. One of the rooms features a traditional tatami room, which provides a great cultural experience for international visitors. Another room has a bunk bed with a slide, which is sure to be a hit with children and families. The house is can comfortably accommodate a large group of adults. It is also fully equipped with kitchen appliances, amenities, and everything needed for a comfortable short or long-term stay. The air conditioning works very well throughout the house, making our stay comfortable regardless of the weather. The bathroom facilities are especially well thought out for larger groups. There are three toilets, one on each floor, and two shower areas, which made it very convenient for everyone to get ready without waiting. One of the bathrooms also comes with a bathtub, which was perfect for relaxing and soaking after a long day of sightseeing around Tokyo. The washing machine with dryer function was another great feature, especially for longer stays. The location is excellent. It is situated in a pleasant and quiet neighborhood, just a few minutes' walk from Tabata Station on the JR Yamanote Line. This makes it incredibly convenient to travel to many of Tokyo's popular tourist attractions. The host was exceptionally helpful and responsive throughout our stay. They kindly allowed us to drop off our luggage before check-in and always replied promptly whenever we had questions. The property was spotlessly clean, well organized, and exactly as described. Considering the quality, space, and location, the price is very reasonable and offers excellent value for money.
