Studio Tiny Cabin Sunshine no 21 by Interhome

Points deducted for the bad communication. When Interhome fixes this, this will be a 9 star cabin in my opinion. The Tiny house is nice, comfortable and spacious enough for two people. It was cleaned very well and the quality of the cabin is good. There is AC, which you do need on the hotter days. The cabin is black on the outside (it was 50C inside when we arrived). The campgrounds are good as well. You are able to park at the cabin, day and night. You can order bread in the morning, you can order coffee and local specialties at the reception. There is a mini (steam) locomotive club on the grounds who drive their own trains in the weekend. There is also a small museum with model planes, boats and trains. The man running the museum is happy to tell you many stories about the items. Zeeland is beautiful, and this place makes you get into holiday mode almost instantly. I needed to call the interhome helpdesk several times for things that were unclear. Although that experience was not good, the staff were always friendly.

There is no microwave or watercooker. Ants were already in the house when I got there. Twice a day I needed to clean the whole kitchen and floor and wipe everything down to keep the ants at bay. The information I got from Interhome was very limited. It was obvious that it was mostly general information for all the Interhome rental places. I needed to contact the local helpdesk a few times because things were not clear. I asked the Dutch helpdesk to send me an email so that I could reply with all the things I missed in the information sent to me. They did not send me an email. As I do not have their email, I hope they will read this review. Interhome, please add this to your communication for the cabin: - When you arrive after 19:00, please call the campsite owner to anounce your arrival. Please add his phone number. -Please add a map of where the cabin is located on the campsite. -The lock is has a code, but there is also a keybox on the side of the cabin. Make it clearer that you just need to input the code on the door. This keybad is not visible in the dark. -The cabin has a 10A electrical connection. Please add instructions on what you can and cannot switch on at the same time. For example, do not use the AC and the electric stove at the same time. The phone number of the campsite owner comes in real handy when the power goes out. -Upon arrival, the water was turned off. Please add the instructions of where the tap is located (on the right of the cabin, next to the outside AC unit).
