Elegant Suite Kalamaria - Parking

Erittäin siisti ja puhdas huoneisto. Huoneisto oli hyvällä paikalla ja sieltä oli helppo lähteä keskustaan. Plussaa parkkihallista. Kokonaisuudessaan 10/10 😊

The apartment is impeccable - clean, extremely well equipped, high quality bedding and towels, every little detail was taken into account. Parking garage is a huge plus considering the scarcity of parking in Kalamaria and Thessaloniki in general. The spot is easy to locate and the garage is not narrow (we drive a larger sedan and we were ok). Easy access by the elevator. Location is great, especially if you want to explore the region. The apartment is right in the middle between the downtown Thessaloniki (easy drive, about 15min) and beautiful beaches to the south (Epanomi Potamos beach is about 20min away). There are others closer but we loved Potamos. Neighbourhood in Kalamaria is amazing. Everything you can think of is within 100m - all kinds of stores, 4 or 5 different supermarkets, bakeries, coffee shops, pharmacies. Another huge plus is an AC unit in both the living room and the bedroom. Although, surprisingly, we would find the apartment comfortably chill when we get back from the beach. Balcony is big and comfortable, always in shade.

The property is very spacious, very clean, beds are comfortable, has a big balcony, located in a quiet street however near to an upscale and busy avenue. All facilities in the appartment funcion well. Air conditioning system very good. (Has 2 split indoor units one in saloon, one in the bedroom). Parking is perfect. It is indoor, and every lot is marked with the number of properties. THe height of of the indoor parking cieling is about 2 metres and enough for parking a car with Thule roof box.

Actually nothing to complain.

I chose this property it is very close to the tennis courts where my granddaughter was competing in a tennis tournament. Although it is about 30-minutes bus ride to the center of Thessaloniki. The public transportation is excellent, reliable and inexpensive, making very easy to get around.

The pots and pans were quite worn out.
