I loved everything from the start. The apartment has everything you would need, and it was really cozy. It was clean and everything seemed quite new. The subway is about 10 minutes, the bus about 5, and there are enough shops/restaurants nearby (7/11, donki, Japanese restaurants as well as familiar fast food restaurants). If I could stay there for an extended amount of time I absolutely would.

Overall the place was excellent... basically an apartment with all the amenities you could need (including cooking supplies, dishes, washing machine, etc.) to live your daily life even though you are traveling. I chose it because of its proximity to Asue Stadium where my son was playing in the Inter-High basketball tournament, but the location is also convenient for getting to the Osaka Aquarium, Universal Studios Japan, and other places in central Osaka.

The only thing the apartment didn't have (that I told the owner about during my stay and hopefully s/he reads this message) is a clothing rack to dry out wet clothing. There are 6 hangers in the closet, which is enough and appropriate for t-shirts, but a clothing rack is needed for underwear, socks, towels, etc. Also, there is a clothing pole in the shower/bath area, but not one outside on the veranda, which basically all households have in Japan and is useful to put hangers and the above-mentioned needed clothing rack on.

Everything was very smooth, I never met any personnel as this is more of an air bnb type arrangement but they responded immediately in message. All in Japanese, I happen to speak Japanese but if you use chatgpt to translate you’ll be fine. The apartment had everything I needed as a solo traveler, lots of kitchen utensils, fridge, microwave, small balcony, washing machine, vacuum machine, closet, desk and a nice bed. Curtains worked well to shut out light at night and I never heard any other guests so sound isolation is also good. It’s about a five min walk to the station that takes you pretty much everywhere in a short amount of time, and just by the station is LIFE which is a high quality supermarket chain in Japan with everything you may need. There’s also a seven eleven and a pharmacy very close by. The neighborhood is quiet and safe.
