Superbonito y limpio. El trato es inmejorable de hecho ha sido de los pocos sitios que nos han dejado dejar las maletas antes. Bien comunicado con metro y con restaurantes cercanos. Relativamente cerca del centro en tren y bien comunicado con universal y aquarium.
Quizás el único hándicap es que se oyen algunos ruidos (está en unas galerias comerciales y obviamente se oyen que suben y bajan persianas, pero las tiendecitas son tan amables que se les perdona todo).

キッチン用品について予約時に問い合わせさせて頂いた際には無かったキッチン用品が宿泊当日に揃っており、リクエストに迅速に対応してくださり好印象でした。お米が炊きたかったので鍋の有無を確認していたのですが、私の宿泊時に鍋が届いたとの事でわざわざ持って来てくださったのも嬉しく思いました(^^) お値段がとっても安くて施設内も清潔なので総合してかなりお得だと思います！
玄関の隙間は修繕が必要かもしれません。オートロックのフックを掛けるために隙間が生まれていて、外から中を覗き込むことができました。セキュリティ的にもですし、隙間風が入ってしまい暖房が効きづらく寒かったです！ あとコード類が乱雑、IKEAロゴ入りのタグ、が若干気になりましたー！

駅から徒歩圏内、宿泊施設から近くにスーパーがあり快適だった
簡単な調理も可能（調味料は無かった）
アメニティは揃っている
非対面だがメールでの問い合わせに対して親切な返信があり安心できた
駐車場が無いので
近隣の有料駐車場を探すがなかなか見つからない事

駅からも徒歩１０分以内で、お宿に行くまでに
コンビニ、吉野家、ファミレスなどがあり便利でした。
2階の寝室？の床が若干凹みがあって少し心配になりました。
あとコンセントが少なかったので充電するように延長コードがあると嬉しいなと思いました。
冷凍庫が故障中との事で、これから暑くなる季節までに修理されてると嬉しいです。
