サランラップや、タコ足配線など他の民泊にはないものまで揃えてあったところや、新築で清潔！そしてなによりベッドがふかふか、立地も含め最高でした！ 管理人さんからの返信も毎回、即レスでした。

夫が枕が固かったと言ってたが私は気にならなかった。エレベーターがなく今回は3階で、大きい荷物の出し入れが少し大変だったので、次は一階を希望したいです。

とても清潔でした。ほぼ写真通りです。家族4人で泊まりましたが、ベッドも十分広く本当に快適に過ごせました。シャンプー、リンス、メイク落とし、ヘアアイロンなど、女性が欲しいアイテムが揃っていたので、少ない荷物で旅行出来て助かりました。子供たちは、また泊まりたい！と満足そうでした。次回大阪私旅行の際は、また泊まりたいと思います。

最初、建物に入る際に手間取りましたが、電話ですぐに対応していただけました。交通量はさほど多くありませんが、外の音がやや気になります。私たちは1階に泊まりましたが、子供が上の階の人の足音が気になると言っていました。

キッチン用品も洗濯用品も全て揃っていた。 なにしろお掃除ロボットもあって清潔。 大阪港駅も徒歩3分で立地も良い。 コスパ良すぎる

時期が悪いと洗濯を乾かすスペースがなく、 浴室乾燥もないので洗濯物が乾かない。

The apartment have good location (5 minutes from a major transport hub and from stores), was roomy, and well equiped for the most part. The beds were confortable, everything was clean and we could find everything that was highlighted in the advertisement. Even on cold nights we could easily heat it up with the AC units that were placed on each room. We had no major issues and could say that we spent a leisurable three weeks. The owner/staff were kind and communicative. We had some minor issues that I will detail below, but otherwise me and my friend travelling with me thought that it has a good price/return ration.

There were a more prominent and some lesser issues. I only list these, because it is good to know about and can be a dealbreaker for some, we personally had a geniunely good stay even on a long scale: - The most hit or miss, is that the building is a light structure, wich means that vibration sound is an issue. You will hear/feel the outside trucks, the street crossings cuckooing signal, and if there's someone staying above or below them as well. We had a few nights where probably a family with small kids rented the flat above ours and we could hear everything from the kids running around and crying to the father lecturing them. In turn, they can heat everything too, so I do not recommend it for lights sleepers. I brought my sleeping earplugs and mask which almost negated this issue. - The washing machine does a really basic job, so don't expect heavy stains to be removed. - The flooring is PVC, it gets marks easily and has a certain smell. It wasn't an issue for me, but can be for some. All in all, if sound/vibrations bothers your rest then I cannot recommend this place, but otherwise it is a really nice place to rent.
