部屋が綺麗。(新しくて掃除も問題なし) 設備が充実。(生活用品・備品全てある) 駅から近い。(徒歩３～4分) セキュリティ高い。(オートロツク式) 買い物便利。(コンビミ・飲食店多い) オーナー親切。(お気遣いの意識高い) 広い室内。(2LDK・ダブルベッド3台) お風呂もやや広い。(アメニティ充実)
・3階まで階段でした。 ・トラックの往来で部屋が少し揺れた。 ・製氷皿が無かった。 ・部屋の鍵1個。暗証番号式が良いと思う。

サランラップや、タコ足配線など他の民泊にはないものまで揃えてあったところや、新築で清潔！そしてなによりベッドがふかふか、立地も含め最高でした！ 管理人さんからの返信も毎回、即レスでした。
夫が枕が固かったと言ってたが私は気にならなかった。エレベーターがなく今回は3階で、大きい荷物の出し入れが少し大変だったので、次は一階を希望したいです。
