- Filming or production work is allowed with an additional fee; ask us about it.

▪️ Quiet Hours: 10 p.m. - 9 a.m.
▪️ NO parties allowed.
▪️ Undeclared guests will be charged $65 per person per night if not disclosed.
▪️ Smoking indoors will incur a $400 charge.
▪️ NO unplugging/tampering/covering any Wi-Fi, outdoor security cams, locks, etc ($100 fee will apply).
▪️ NO unlawful use of our home (illegal activities or substances, etc. $500 fee will apply)
▪️ USE coasters under all glasses, cups, or mugs to prevent water rings and stains.
▪️ USE trivet mats for hot pots to prevent heat damage to surfaces.
▪️ Garbage disposal: DO NOT put metal, plastic, egg shells, grease, potato peels, bones, coffee grounds, pasta, or celery in the disposal—throw them away. If it stops working, press the small red button under the sink or use an Allen wrench to free it up.
▪️ Well-behaved pets are welcome per our pet policy! ($100 per pet per month). Up to 2 pets (under 40 lbs each).
▪️ For Monthly Guests, we have a Utility Cap of $200; guests will be responsible for any overages.
▪️ HOA is very strict here; we must adhere to their community rules, or we risk being deplatformed. Thanks for understanding :)
