The Space:

Key Pickup Location: Keys can be picked up at our Luneh Office: 9240 Trade Pl Suite 200 San Diego CA 92126 Office Hours: Monday to Friday 9am- 5pm (Please ensure your arrival is within these hours for in-person key collection.) After-Hours Key Pickup If you're arriving after office hours, don't worry! We’ve got you covered. You will receive further instructions on how to collect your keys from a lockbox located at our office. This information will be sent to you prior to your arrival.



Guest Access:

Guests will enjoy full, private access to the entire apartment. This includes all living spaces, bedrooms, bathrooms, and the fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is exclusively yours for the duration of your stay, with no shared spaces. Any on-site amenities listed are also available for guest use.



The Neighborhood:

Promenade at Rio Vista apartment community offers one and two-bedroom modern apartments that feature high ceilings and French doors, gourmet kitchens with pantries, baths with oversized soaking tubs, rooms with hardwood flooring, and upgraded plush carpeting, and private balconies and patios. Promenade Rio Vista's exceptional location makes commuting easy with immediate access to the I-8, I-805, I-15, and CA-163. Or avoid your car altogether and ride the green line trolley, boarding at the Rio Vista stop located directly on-site. You can also enjoy our community amenities such as two resort-style pools and two spas, a newly renovated state of the art fitness center, and two clubhouses.

All advertised community amenities such as the pool, gym, barbecue grills, elevators, and more are located on the property. However, please be aware that we do not own or operate these facilities and therefore do not have control over their availability.



From time to time, amenities may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or other situations typical of apartment community living. While we are not responsible for these outages, we will always do our best to inform you promptly if we become aware of any issues, along with any updates or estimated timelines provided by the apartment management.
