It features a large living room with a sofa, TV, dining area with 6 chairs, and access to the south-facing balcony (with patio furniture and a view of the Duhner Heide), as well as a separate kitchen with a kitchenette (oven, glass-ceramic cooktop, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster), 1 bathroom with shower and toilet, and a hallway; the bedrooms are located in the basement (on hot days, you’ll find a pleasant coolness and a comfortable indoor climate here), Bedroom 1 with a double bed and closet, Bedroom 2 with 2 single beds (an extra bed can be pulled out from under each single bed), parking space at the house, no smoking, no pets allowed.
