About this house rental
Cocoonr offers this 75 m², single-storey, air-conditioned house in Bastelicaccia to rent for up to 4 people.
It comprises a 35 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, two shower rooms and a 700 m² garden. Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A 35 m² living room with TV, leather corner sofa and dining area.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with queen-size bed (160 × 200), utility room and en-suite shower room.
- Bedroom 2: with queen-size bed (160 × 200), en-suite shower room.
- Separate WC.
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, washing machine, iron.
Outside:
- A private south-facing 700 m² garden
- A south-facing terrace (approx. 12 m²) with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
The house is ideally located in Bastelicaccia, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities :
- Ajaccio about 15 km away.
- Bottacina animal park (educational farm) approx. 2 km away.
- Walks and hikes in the surrounding area.
- Beaches approx. 11 km away.
- Tasting of local produce.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Ajaccio 13 km away
- Nearest airport: Ajaccio Napoléon Bonaparte airport, 9 km away
