On the ground floor, there is a shared outdoor space, perfect for relaxing in the open air, complete with a shared brick barbecue. A convenient parking space completes the property.

- Mandatory security deposit: €150.00; refunded at the end of your stay after an inspection of the property (if paid in cash, it will not be returned before 3:00 PM).
- Bed linen and towels: €20.00 for a single set; €40 for a double set, including for single use (please request at time of booking). Not bookable on site
- If using the outdoor BBQ, it must be left clean after each use (for good neighborliness), otherwise we will withhold €50 from the security deposit.
