"The Salt Box" is a spacious 4-bedroom family home in the peaceful Florida Gardens neighbourhood. Minutes to the beach, dining precincts, parks and the light rail, it’s an ideal base for a Gold Coast holiday. Enjoy relaxed indoor-outdoor living in a quiet residential setting, close to everything. Perfect for families wanting space, privacy, comfort and a calm place to unwind after a day spent exploring the Gold Coast and surrounds.
The Salt Box is a single level, secure beach-bungalow style home. When turning into the driveway, the 2 car undercover carport is close to the front door, making easy work of unpacking and manoeuvring children between car and home.
The Salt Box comprises 4 bedrooms, all with hotel grade linens - consisting of:

- Sliding door to patio

- Queen bed
- Sliding wardrobe and set of drawers

- 2 x single beds
- Sliding double wardrobe

2 bathrooms including bath, shower and seperate toilet. Hotel grade bath towels, washers, and hand towels.

Full kitchen with necessary cookware and appliances including:

- Kettle

- 4 burner electric stovetop
- Electric oven
- Microwave
- Double fridge and freezer.
The kitchen is regularly restocked with a supply of tea, coffee, milk, olive oil, baking paper, aluminium foil, cling wrap and cooking spices for your convenience. The adjacent dining room seats 8 as does the alfresco timber dining area. There is also a cafe-style table and bench seats in the front garden to enjoy your morning tea / afternoon tipple.
For the kids:
There is a library / playroom set up within the office space including toys and many books, cot available on request, change table available on request, pram available on request, car seat available on request, child-sized cups / bowls / cutlery provided in kitchen.
