Casa di Brisa, a beautiful and charming bungalow located in the 24/7 secure Recompensa Park, a hidden gem on Curaçao. Recompensa Park is a gated community. We’ve owned it since November 25 and have completely renovated it since then.
This oasis of tranquility, space, and tropical charm is the perfect choice for families and couples looking for an unforgettable vacation experience. The location is very central; Mambo Beach and Jan Thiel Beach are about 10 minutes away, and Willemstad is a 15-minute drive.
The park’s swimming pool is located 50 meters from the house; there’s a small bar serving refreshing drinks and snacks, and a playground for the children. There’s also a tennis court at the park.
The house accommodates 4 people and features a spacious living room with a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and porches at the front and back. On the front porch, there is a large dining table with 6 chairs and a Big Green Egg for enjoying barbecues with friends and family. On the back porch, there is a table with 4 armchairs. The sliding doors on the front and back porches can be opened to face each other, allowing a pleasant breeze to flow through the house.
The garden features a tropical palapa with a fan and luxurious sofas and armchairs for relaxing. The living room and bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and fans. The bedrooms are furnished with new box-spring beds, and the luxurious bathrooms have recently been completely renovated with high-end fixtures and walk-in showers.
A security deposit of 350 euros is required. Water and electricity charges will be deducted from the security deposit.
