About this villa rental
This lovely vacation villa is located in the quiet new residential neighborhood of Vista Montana, about a 10-minute drive from Mambo Beach and Jan Thiel Beach, and can accommodate 6 people.
The villa features a private pool and a spacious garden where you can enjoy both the sun and the shade. You can also enjoy a lovely breeze in the garden all day long.
The garden and pool were newly landscaped in February 2023 and are fully equipped with all modern conveniences. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa.
Front of the property:
The villa is secured by an electric gate, and at the front of the villa is the front yard with tropical landscaping, a seating area, and a carport.
The backyard:
The villa’s backyard offers plenty of privacy. Here, you can enjoy the sun and the private pool with lounge chairs. You can also relax in the shade on the covered patio and enjoy a delicious meal at the large table. The covered terrace overlooks the pool. In a separate room adjacent to the house, there is a washing machine; a drying rack, iron, and ironing board are also available in the house.
The villa is secured with cameras at the front and back. These are only turned on when the villa is unoccupied. During your stay, the cameras will be turned off to ensure your privacy.
Swimming Pool:
The swimming pool has a textured surface to prevent slipping. We recommend that children wear water shoes while playing to prevent scrapes.
Living Room with Open Kitchen:
The villa features a spacious living room with a modern open kitchen, newly installed in 2022. The living room is furnished with a sofa set and a smart TV. There is also a fan in the living room to provide cooling. The kitchen is equipped with an induction cooktop, a combination oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with freezer, and kitchen linens. There are also plenty of pots, pans, plates, and cutlery available.
Bedrooms:
The villa has 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms with toilets.
Bedroom 1: A bedroom with a double bed (160x200), a spacious wardrobe, a dresser, and
an en suite bathroom with a toilet and air conditioning.
Bedroom 2: A bedroom with a double bed (160x200), a spacious closet, a dresser, and air conditioning.
Bedroom 3: A bedroom with two single beds, a spacious closet, and air conditioning.
In addition to the en suite bathroom, the villa also has a second bathroom.
Bed linens and bath towels are provided in every bedroom.
Other:
- Security deposit: €700 (must be paid 7 days prior to arrival)
- Water charges: €8 per m³
- Electricity charges: €0.50 per kWh
- 7% tourist tax calculated based on the nightly rate for the duration of the booking period.
Water, electricity, and the 7% tourist tax will be deducted from the security deposit within 7 days after departure. You will receive an itemized statement.
- Mid-stay cleaning available (for a fee).
- Grocery delivery service available upon arrival (for a fee).
