JT Curacao Apartments

We stayed in the Iguana apartment. The location is great, pool is very nice. The apartments are in a residential area that is quiet. The air conditioning works great, and the communal washer and grill are a nice touch (the booking.com listing implies that the washer is in the apartment, but be aware it is not - you are sharing with the rest of the building). The staff was also great and host was communicative.

Overall apartment was good, but there are a few things to be aware of. If you look at the photos, you’ll see the shower has quite a bit of mold along the grout and caulk lines. It looks like this is because the shower is not sloped enough so the water pools at the back of the shower instead of going down the drain - this could be easily fixed, but is an issue currently. Next the curtains are a light material and at night anyone outside can see right into your apartment. Lastly, the kitchenette is great, but the countertop is quite small and hard to do any true food prep. If you’re cooking for a lot of people it would be difficult.

Dit is een heel schoon en modern appartement met goede bedden. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. We hebben ook een dag gebruik gemaakt van de buitenkeuken, heel fijn!

Location near Jan Thiel beach is good, being the best nеighborhood in the island. The building is modern, clean, anyway amenities are very basic, and the real size of the pool is a fraction of what you can think looking at the picture .

The room was dark, with just a small window on the alley and another small on the stairs, we did no privacy at all. Bathroom is essential and the wall shows humidity corruption
