Beautiful, fully equipped 3-bedroom apartment located near the Ottawa River, just 2 minutes from the McLaurin Bay marina, where you can launch your watercraft or go swimming. Also close to a park with a great playground and an ice rink in the winter.
The apartment is spacious and modern. High-speed 3 Gbit/s Wi-Fi, bedding and towels are included, along with 2 parking spaces and a fire pit behind the building.
The master bedroom, living room and balcony offer views of the river when the trees have fewer leaves, roughly from October to June. Street parking is also permitted during the summer season.
GUEST ACCESS
You have access to the entire apartment, 2 parking spaces, and an outdoor fire pit near the river. I`ll always be there for you, and I have a team to help me as well.
THE NEIGHBOURHOOD
Located in a quiet, residential neighbourhood of Gatineau on the banks of the Ottawa River. There is a park and a marina near the apartment, and the Nordik Spa is 25 minutes away.
You can get here by car or bus, and the apartment is near the Ligne Verte bike path.
EXTRA BEDDING
Single folding bed, children`s bed and baby high chair available on request. A $50 + tax delivery fee applies per added bed.
GOOD TO KNOW
Guests must be 30 or older to book. ID verification may be required.
LONG-TERM STAYS
For long-term rentals, select 31 nights or more to receive the monthly discount and avoid taxes applied to nightly stays. Reservations over 3 months include housekeeping every 8 weeks.
Please respect the tenants living in the triplex.
The parking spot is in the middle. If you have 2 cars, please park one bhind the other.
