Cutting and ironing space with a design wall (shown as Dining space)
Mudroom w/ washer and dryer + utiility sink
Full bath w/ shower
Relaxation space:
1 sofa, two chairs, and a TV for quiet relaxation
Second Floor:
4 bedrooms, 3 full bath, sleeps 10
Bedroom 1 and Bedroom 3 share Jack and Jill bath w/ two sinks and full shower.
