Fantastic duplex on Gandía beach, close to the beach, very bright, exterior, in one of the best areas (Paseo Rosa de los Vientos), with all services (supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, restaurants, cafés, ice cream parlours, and other shops and leisure facilities). Good connection with the city of Gandía (from where you can connect to Valencia, Alicante) and with Denia.



It is the top floor of a very quiet building, overlooking the pedestrian street, it is a second floor without a lift, spacious stairs (only 6 neighbours, 2 per floor). The apartment is completely renovated, modern and very well maintained. It has 2 bedrooms with built-in wardrobes, one double and one with two single beds, a full bathroom with bathtub and rain effect shower head, living-dining room with A/C, independent kitchen and a pleasant and very large (26m2) terrace with beautiful views of the mountains. The terrace faces South-West, and is equipped with awnings, table and chairs, perfect for relaxing outdoors and spending unforgettable evenings and afternoons. It is equipped with appliances, air conditioning, mosquito nets, fans, fibre optic WiFi, hair dryer, and includes bed linen (fortnightly bed change) and towels (1 bath-shower/person, 2 toilet/bathroom).

It is rented to quiet, clean and respectful people, it would be rented seasonally and directly. NO GROUPS OF YOUNG PEOPLE ADMITTED (ages under thirty years old). NO PETS ADMITTED.



Key collection will be carried out at our offices, at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE Nº7 PLAYA DE XERACO, from 13:00 hours onwards. It is possible to collect keys outside office hours by requesting this in advance and having deposited the security deposit beforehand. Departure and evacuation of the accommodation must be completed before 10:00 in the morning. Keys may be left inside the accommodation after consultation, or they will be returned at our offices.



Upon arrival, you will have two options to cover any possible damage or failure to comply with the evacuation time. Either leave a security deposit of €150 which will be returned to you within a maximum of 5 days following inspection of the apartment, or take out accidental damage waiver insurance for €28, which is non-refundable.
