Welcome to Lansdowne Studio with Pool & Parking a well-located East St Kilda studio that offers excellent convenience along with the bonus of great building facilities. Set on Lansdowne Road between Alma Road and Dandenong Road, the apartment is in a very handy position for getting around, with trams just a 2 minute walk away and Windsor Station within easy reach. For everyday essentials, the Woolworths and Alma Orrong shopping strip are around a 5 minute walk, giving you easy access to supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, coffee shops, doctors, pharmacy, bakery and other local conveniences all close to home. There is also a small local park just a couple of minutes away, adding a nice bit of green space nearby.

One of the real highlights of this property is the access to the building’s swimming pool and sauna, which is a great extra to have and not something you find in every studio apartment. Whether you are in Melbourne for work or a short stay, having those facilities in the building adds a real lifestyle benefit to the stay. There is also a shared BBQ area and plenty of secure bike parking within the complex, which makes the property even more practical.

Inside, the apartment is a smaller studio, but it is comfortable and well set up with a queen bed, smart TV, heating, ceiling fan, private bathroom and kitchenette. There is also a secure rear parking space, which is a great advantage in this location, although it is worth noting that the space is not undercover. The apartment is best suited to guests looking for a practical and well-positioned base rather than a large apartment, and the location is really what makes it stand out, with transport, shops, food and day-to-day essentials all just a short walk away.

The building itself is an older-style apartment complex, but it offers some excellent resident facilities. The pool is available daily until 10pm, and along with the sauna, it gives the property a strong point of difference. There is no laundry inside the apartment itself, though there is a common paid laundry in the building that guests can use by card independently. The fridge and freezer are also on the smaller side. Guests should also note there are two flights of stairs to the apartment and no elervator, we provide a starter pack of amenities only, check-in is after 3pm, check-out is by 10am, and photo ID may be requested prior to check-in.
