Located in San Juan De Los Terreros, this 78 m² apartment welcomes up to 5 guests with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Enjoy your own well-equipped kitchen and high-speed Wi-Fi, perfect for video calls. You also have a crib, high chair, and private electric barbecue. The private 55 m² solarium comes with sun loungers.
Step out onto your private balcony, then head outside to access the shared pools—one is kept at 28°C year-round. The complex offers 4 pools, including a heated pool and a children's pool for each, plus a jacuzzi. All pools are fenced and have gender-separated bathrooms and showers. Please use the outdoor shower before swimming. Private mini gym with elliptical machine, dumbbells, jump rope, and exercise boards.
Pets are allowed on request, always leashed and without persistent barking. No parties are allowed at night. The community values peace and does not tolerate noise during quiet hours to ensure everyone's comfort. The property includes a parking space in the garage with a private electric vehicle charger (charging available for an extra fee), and there is also free parking around the complex.
The apartment is in Phase I of the complex, just 15 meters from the shopping center with restaurants, gym, terraces, and supermarket. The area features landscaped seaside streets with views. Activities include cycling, golf, the world's largest geode, boat trips, water park, beaches and coves with turquoise, crystal-clear water, and playgrounds. Cleaning service is available during your stay for an extra fee.
