Step out onto your private balcony, then access the shared pools—one is maintained at 28°C year-round. The complex offers 4 pools, including a heated one and a children's pool for each, plus a jacuzzi. All pools are fenced and have gender-separated bathrooms and showers. Please use the outdoor shower before swimming. There’s a private mini gym with elliptical, dumbbells, jump rope, and exercise boards.
Pets are allowed on request, always leashed and without frequent barking. No parties are allowed at night. The community values peace, so noise during rest hours is not tolerated to ensure everyone’s comfort. The property includes a garage parking space with a private electric vehicle charger (charging fee applies), and there’s free parking around the complex.
