About this house rental
The vacation home "Amazing Duplex - 30m from the beach" is located in San Juan de los Terreros, only 2 minutes walk from the beach of the quiet, shallow bay. The 188 m² vacation home with side sea view from the master bedroom on the 1st floor has a spacious living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and can accommodate 8 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning in every room, a washing machine, and a TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime accounts. The child-friendly accommodation also provides you with a child's high chair. All windows come with mosquito netting.
In your private outdoor area you will find a balcony, a patio and a covered terrace with comfortable seating. Here you can spend pleasant hours with a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. There are also 3 sun loungers and 2 parasols.
Due to the central location, you can reach a variety of restaurants, cafes and bars as well as shopping facilities in less than 10 minutes on foot. A larger supermarket is just a 6-minute walk from the accommodation (500 m). In the north of San Juan de los Terreros you will find many beaches along the coast. You can reach them after 2-6 km (4-9 minutes by car).
A free garage for small cars is available.
One pet is allowed up to max 20 kg for an extra charge. Only short haired dogs are accepted.
Parties and loud gatherings are strictly prohibited.

Pros: La maison était très confortable a part la terrasse qui est trop petite et qui mériterais de nouveau meubles plus adaptés . La proximité avec la mer était super.

Pros: La casa esta situada tan cerca de la cala que no hace falta coger el coche además la casa esta situada a pocos km de las calas es genial
