This bright 2-room apartment is located in a quiet area of the spa town of Bad Neuenahr in the Ahr Valley and offers excellent access to the region’s major attractions and recreational activities. The surrounding area is characterized by a harmonious blend of nature, spa-town charm, and a wide range of leisure activities. Walking paths along the Ahr River, the spa gardens, and the famous Lenné Park are within easy reach and invite you to relax. Numerous biking and hiking trails, including the Ahrsteig and the Red Wine Hiking Trail, are also nearby. The well-maintained building features an elevator with barrier-free access from the underground parking garage to the apartment. A parking space in the building’s underground garage is available to guests, as are bicycle parking facilities right next to the building.

This modern, approximately 67 m² apartment on the 3rd floor offers comfortable and stylish accommodations for up to four people. It features a separate bedroom with a double bed, as well as a spacious living room with a comfortable sofa bed (1.30 m) for 1–2 additional guests, a seating area, and a smart TV with streaming capabilities. The fully equipped kitchen includes, among other things, a dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, freezer, all necessary cooking utensils, and a dining table. A special highlight is the large, covered loggia facing southeast with a beautiful view of the greenery, which is ideal for relaxing outdoors. The bathroom is modern and features, among other things, a rain shower, a hair dryer, and toiletries. Additionally, a washing machine, free Wi-Fi, a workspace, and a small Bluetooth speaker are available. High-quality bed linens and towels are included, as is a handy welcome kit with coffee, tea, and kitchen essentials. The apartment is wheelchair-accessible and offers well-thought-out amenities for an all-around pleasant stay. Smoking is not permitted in the apartment.



On-site fees: Full payment is required prior to arrival. Check-in is flexible starting at 3:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:00 a.m. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Please contact us in a timely manner to make arrangements, if necessary. Access to the apartment is contactless via an access code, which is entered on-site. You will receive the code well in advance of your arrival. A crib or rollaway bed can be provided free of charge upon request. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. The tourist tax of €2.50 per adult per night or €1 per child per night will be charged separately during online check-in. There are no additional fees. Bed linens, towels (2 per guest), kitchen essentials, and a welcome starter kit—which includes coffee, tea, toiletries, and toilet paper, among other items—are included in the price. 



Check-in is from 3:00 to 12:00 a.m., and check-out is from 12:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
