• This is a quiet residential building. Please respect neighbors and keep noise to a minimum.
• No parties or events.
• No smoking or vaping of any kind (including tobacco, cannabis, or e-cigarettes) is strictly prohibited inside the unit, on balconies, in shared spaces, or in the building. A $250.00 cleaning fee will be charged if evidence is found,
• A noise monitoring device is installed to monitor sound levels only (no audio recording).
• Guests are responsible for replenishing consumable items once the starter supply has been used.
• Reserved parking space # 25 is available for guest use.

The room was VERY clean and well-appointed. The bathroom was especially dazzling. I had a great shower, and the bed was really comfortable. The location is also immaculate. I very much appreciated that the unit was pet-friendly! That being said, here is some useful info for dog owners. This unit is a studio (as advertised), meaning there's only one door in the whole place, and that's the one that leads to the hallway. The building is new but has thin walls and is VERY echoey. My dog has a medium amount of anxiety, and because of the hallway sounds, he was barking A LOT, and I was extremely aware that it was disturbing other tenants due to how thin the walls are. I talked to a tenant who lived 2 entire floors above my unit, and she said she could hear him barking. TLDR if you have a very mellow dog, or perhaps a cat, you'll be good, but it's not a great option for more anxious fellas.
