• The booking guest must be staying at the property or booking on behalf of a registered guest (such as a company booking for an employee). The name of the primary guest staying in the unit must be provided before check-in.
• A refundable $150 security deposit and ID verification may be required prior to check-in.
• This is a quiet residential building. Please respect neighbors and keep noise to a minimum.
• No parties or events.
• No smoking or vaping of any kind (including tobacco, cannabis, or e-cigarettes) is strictly prohibited inside the unit, on balconies, in shared spaces, or in the building. A $250.00 cleaning fee will be charged if evidence is found.
• A noise monitoring device is installed to monitor sound levels only (no audio recording).
• Guests are responsible for replenishing consumable items once the starter supply has been used.
• Reserved parking space #19 is available for guest use.
