Our vacation home, Jumpiet, is located on the edge of Center Parcs Nordseeküste and just a few minutes’ walk from the beautiful, child-friendly Friesenstrand. A real highlight is the wind-protected baby beach—unique in Germany and ideal for building the first sandcastles, safe splashing, and relaxing hours with the little ones.

Our lovingly furnished semi-detached house offers everything families and couples need for a relaxing vacation in about 65 square meters. There’s plenty of space here for shared meals, game nights, and cozy evenings by the fireplace.
On the first floor, you’ll find a modern, open-concept living and dining area. The high-quality country-style kitchen is fully equipped—with an oven, dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, microwave, coffee maker, Senseo coffee machine, Dolce Gusto capsule machine, and much more—and invites you to cook and enjoy meals together.
In the cozy living area, you can wind down the day in front of the fireplace. A high chair is, of course, provided. The sleeper sofa offers two additional sleeping spots (140 cm x 200 cm).
The sunny south-facing terrace with a view of the open countryside is the perfect spot for breakfast in the morning sun or a lovely evening barbecue. Garden furniture, a parasol, and a grill are provided.
Upstairs is the spacious master bedroom with a crib. The cheerful children’s room with two single beds offers the perfect retreat.
The living room and both bedrooms are equipped with TVs that include streaming services (Netflix, Disney+, and RTL+; the two bedrooms also have MagentaTV)—ideal for cozy movie nights after an eventful day.
Wi-Fi and streaming services are, of course, included during your stay.
Children’s books and toys are available for our younger guests, and a selection of board games for the adults—so you can enjoy time together away from the stress of everyday life.
