About this house rental
Our Friesenstrand Butjadingen vacation home is located in AIDA PARK, right behind the Tossens dike. AIDA PARK is a vacation home community on the Butjadingen Peninsula in the North Sea resort town of Tossens.
The large, quiet lot is surrounded by a hedge and a fence and is almost completely secluded. This makes our vacation home ideal for families with children or anyone looking to enjoy some peace and quiet. There is a parking spot for our guests right in front of the vacation home.
Our vacation home is a non-smoking, allergy-friendly property. Pets are therefore not permitted in the vacation home.
Friesenstrand Butjadingen:
The accommodations are designed for 2 to 5 people plus a baby or toddler.
Details:
- Living area with an open, fully equipped built-in kitchen and dining area with seating for 5 + a high chair if needed; Amenity details: HD satellite TV with flat-screen, radio with CD player and Bluetooth & USB ports, Blu-ray player, DVDs, games, books, microwave, oven, glass-ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, coffee makers (filter, Senseo, and Tassimo), kettle and egg cooker, blender, food processor, sandwich maker and waffle iron, children’s cutlery and tableware ...)
- Bedroom with a double bed, TV, and, if needed, an extra bed for a baby or toddler (including a changing pad)
- Children’s room with 2 single beds (safety rails for toddlers available upon request), sleeping stool, TV, and a wide selection of toys (books, children’s board games, Nintendo Wii with various games, Carrera racetrack) - Bathroom with shower, toilet (toilet seat and step stool for toddlers available upon request), hair dryer, and washing machine - small utility room
- boiler room with clothes dryer, vacuum cleaner, cleaning supplies, ironing board, and iron
- large terrace with patio furniture, beach chair, herb spiral, floor ashtrays and a fire pit with a charcoal grill - garden shed with storage space for guest bicycles and strollers - handcart, ping-pong table, garden trampoline, guest bicycle with a basket for picking up morning rolls, children’s vehicles (tricycle, Bobby Car, toddler bike), balls, and various garden play equipment
- All electrical outlets feature built-in, raised child safety covers

On-site costs: Utility costs (electricity, gas, water) are included in the price. A washing machine and Wi-Fi are available to you free of charge. The final cleaning fee of €80.00 is also included in the price but, like the Butjadingen municipal guest tax, must be paid on-site. Bed linens and towels can be rented upon request for an additional fee (€20.00 per person).
Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out is from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
