Welcome to your private Colorado escape—this 4,500 sq ft modern retreat in Monument is designed for unforgettable group stays. Whether you're hosting a family reunion, wedding group, or corporate retreat, this home delivers space, comfort, and a full entertainment experience.

The property manager lives two doors down, this is your vacation and I want to be as interactive as feels good for you.
Red Rock Ranch is a gorgeous mountain view neighborhood. Nestled right under Mount Herman in Monument Colorado. This property is located on an acre lot. RRR has a small neighborhood park and is within walking distance to the Mount Herman trail system. A quick 5 min drive will bring you to Palmer Lake or Monument. RRR is situated right in between the two towns. In Palmer Lake enjoy your choice of a variety of restaurants, the start of the Santa Fe Trail or a game of pickleball. Monument has three grocery stores, many restaurants and a small downtown shopping scene.
You will have access to the entire property except for one locked supply closet.
Sleeping arrangements:
- Master Suite: King bed + private bath
- Upstairs Bedroom 1: King bed + private bath
- Upstairs Bedroom 2: Queen bed
- Downstairs Bedroom 1: King bed + private bath
- Downstairs Bedroom 2: Two Queen beds
- Downstairs Bunk Room: 2 bunk beds (3 full size beds & 1 twin) + trundle (twin)
