The Space:

Fairview Lake Haven offers three fully furnished levels of living space right on the water.



THE TOP LEVEL features a large mezzanine/loft — ideal for hanging out or working remotely — plus two private bedrooms with new queen-size beds and a shared Jack-and-Jill full bathroom.



THE MAIN LEVEL is the heart of the home, with soaring cathedral ceilings, two-story windows framing breathtaking lake views, and beautiful wood flooring throughout. The open-concept kitchen, living, and dining area seats 10 at the table and features a well-equipped gourmet kitchen with stainless-steel appliances and a 15-foot island with water views. The living room has a sectional sofa, gas fireplace wrapped in white shiplap, and a 75-inch 4K flat screen TV. Walk out to a large covered screen porch with 12-foot ceilings for outdoor dining and relaxing, or step onto the open deck with wide water views. The Primary Suite on this level includes a king bed, ensuite luxury bathroom, wide waterfront views, a flat-screen TV, and a private outdoor deck with seating for two. A second bedroom with a queen bed and adjoining bathroom rounds out the main floor.



THE LOWER LIVING LEVEL features a bright second living area with plenty of sunlight and open waterfront views. The second master bedroom has a king bed, 55-inch 4K flat-screen TV, beautiful water views, and an adjoining bathroom. The bunk room sleeps four children with two twin bunk beds and a flat-screen TV for movies. A large breakfast bar with a 12-foot island and seating, built-in wine cooler, Keurig, dishes, and dishwasher provide everything for easy entertaining. The rec room is fully stocked with board games, a game table, foosball table, 12-foot shuffleboard table, a large sectional sofa, and a 75-inch 4K TV with surround sound. French doors from the rec room open directly to the backyard which leads to the boathouse, in-ground sandbox, and sandy beach area.



OUTDOOR FEATURES include a newly built boathouse and dock, sandy beach, fire pit area, kayaks, paddle boards, floats, noodles, and a covered deck and screen porch perfect for enjoying the water all day and evening.



Guests have access to free parking on premises and high-speed WiFi throughout.



Guest Access:

Guests have full exclusive access to the entire home including all three levels, the boathouse and dock, sandy beach, fire pit area, and all outdoor spaces.

The Neighborhood:

Located on the Private Side of Lake Anna in Elk Creek Landing, the area offers quiet waterfront living with warm, calm water ideal for swimming, kayaking, and boating.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended. The property is approximately 1.5 hours from Washington D.C. and Richmond.

- Second Suite (Lower Level): King bed, hall bath, lake views

- Bunk Room (Lower Level): 2 twin bunk beds (sleeps 4), hall bath



**Additional Information:**

- All Guests shall abide by the Good Neighbor Policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.

- Quiet Hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM.

- 10 Adults Maximum

- Free Parking for up to 5 Vehicles. (No Parking or Driving on Grass)

- No Events Allowed without specific prior approval.

- No pets allowed. This is a pet-free home.

- Exterior security cameras and a video doorbell are active at the front and back of the property for safety. No cameras are present indoors.

- Boat lift is not available for guest use.



Guest Requirements: In compliance with local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 30 years old to book, and those under 30 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian throughout the reservation.



Important: Before check-in, the primary guest must complete our Guest Verification process. After booking, you will receive a secure link to complete verification. Please complete it prior to arrival to ensure a smooth, quick check-in.



Damage protection is required for every reservation, regardless of where you booked. During verification, you will choose one of the following options:

- $35 per night non-refundable damage waiver (recommended): no security hold and a simpler, faster process.

- $3,000 refundable security deposit: requires a hold on a card and may take several business days to release after check-out, subject to any damage charges.

We use Yale keyless entry smart door locks and give you space but are available if you have any questions or need anything.
