Located just over the St. Simons causeway is the peaceful community of Mariners Landing, steps form Historic Gascoigne Bluff Park, St. Simons Marina, and the coastal waterways!
This 3BR/2.5BA town house has spectacular views of the lake from a fully screened in back porch with a gas grill, couch and seating area for 6 people. With an open concept for plan there is enough space for everyone to enjoy a relaxing vacation. The kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of counter space to host a large family, as well enough seating for 6 people in the dining area and 2 on the bar stools. The living room has a couch, two arm chairs, smart tv, electric fireplace, and a sliding glass door to the screened in porch; for that indoor/outdoor atmosphere.
Upstairs you will find the master and two guest rooms. The master bedroom has a king bed, vaulted ceilings, and an ensuite with a double vanity, large walk-in in closet, separate soaker tub, and glass walk-in shower. Down the hall one bedroom has two twin beds and the other with a queen bed and smart tv. The two bedrooms share a full bath in the hallway with tub/shower combo.
This house is ready for adventures around the island with access to 2 bikes! There is enough parking for 3 cars with one car in the garage.
Guests also have access to the community pool located at the front of the complex.

This was PERFECT for our stay. The kids were able to fish and swim. The neighborhood is very safe! The price was great and it was very clean! They provided towels and a wagon with beach chairs. Would definitely recommend staying here. The host was easy to get in touch with and was available if any problems occurred. It was perfect for a home away from home. More than what we expected!
