Located in Lavonia- Hart county, right around the corner from Rock Springs boat ramp- This fabulous dog friendly cottage offers a cozy retreat for guests. With two comfortable bedrooms featuring 4 queen beds, 2 living areas, full bathroom and well equipped kitchen. Enjoy the abundant wildlife from the Huge private back deck nicely furnished to includes a gas grill. This is perfect for couples, a small group or family. Don’t forget your lake toys!!!!

They were wonderful hosts very understanding. The property was wonderful, so peaceful! The beds were amazing, I slept so well. The house kitchen was very well stocked. And the shower was nice, great water pressure. The back deck and wildlife were a major plus, sweet pulling up to a deer eating.
