Everything was clean and the host was right there at check-in to make sure that we entered the residence without any problems.

The service and responsiveness from the hosts were superb. There were many basics that were just missing (spices, damaged pots and pans, cleanliness of home, bedding, hand soap, toilet paper,…to name a few) that required us to spend way too much time communicating with the hosts.
