Make yourself at home at this beautiful 3-story, 10 bedroom / 4 bathroom duplex that can host 26 guests. Modernly updated, creatively designed, each 5-bed/2-bath side has its own private entrance, a living room and kitchen.
The house is tastefully designed with two large living rooms and two amazing kitchens that will seat nearly your entire group.
Every bedroom is unique and features high end furniture and a comfortable mattress that will make you feel like you're sleeping in a luxury hotel.

This beautiful, tastefully updated home will be perfect for your group's time in Columbus. The house includes:
- Kitchen: Our modern spacious kitchen features top of the line appliances, a stove, oven, stainless steel refrigerator, microwave, toaster, Keurig K-Cup coffee machine and is fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils, and paper towels.
- Living room: Kick back on a large comfortable couch with a 50” TV. Chat into the evening, hang out or just relax when you come home.
- Bedrooms: There are 2 sides in this duplex. Each side has 5 bedrooms with 6 beds total that can accommodate 10 adults. Every bedroom features unique furniture and decor and has a premium mattress with luxurious bedding.
There are also 2 couches and 2 air mattresses that can acommodate an additional 6 people. Between all of the bedrooms in both sides and additional sleeping surfaces, the house can sleep 26 people.
Bedroom 1 (first floor): Queen size bed, desk, and closet.
Bedroom 2 (second floor): Queen size bed, desk, and closet.
Bedroom 3 (second floor): Queen size bed, desk, and closet.
Bedroom 4 (second floor): Full size bed and cute sitting corner for relaxation.
Bedroom 5 (third floor): Two twin beds and a great relaxation corner. This bedroom has its own temperature control with a mini split heating and cooling system.
The layout is the same for each side.
- Bathrooms: There are 2 full bathrooms on each side (4 total) - one on the first floor and one on the second floor. We provide towels, bodywash, shampoo, conditioner - everything you need!
- WiFi & Temperature Control:
WiFi: We have signal throughout the house.
Thermostat: We have central heating and cooling, controlled by the Smart Thermostat. You are welcome to adjust it to your comfort level. The third floor bedrooms have their own heating and cooling mini-split system.
- Parking: There is free street parking available in the area.
You are renting the both sides of a duplex. You have access to all of the rooms and common areas. Please note that the basement is only used for housekeeping use only. The porch and backyard is shared with the other side of the duplex.
Since this is a full house rental, we're not on premises. However, we're always just a quick message away, so feel free to reach out to us via the app or website at any time.
You've picked the perfect neighborhood to stay in. It has the best of both worlds - it's just minutes away from The Ohio State University, from downtown, from Short North, the stadiums and a ton of great restaurants and eateries. At the same time, it's on a quiet street, so you can get away from the hustle and bustle and just relax when you come home. You'll love staying here!
We're just a 2 minute walk from the bus stop.
Uber and Lyft are very popular and very inexpensive in this area. You can get pretty much anywhere in less than 10 minutes for $10 or less.

I couldn't have asked for a better host or a nicer property. We felt welcomed from the start and appreciated all the amenities left for us, like coffee and snacks and a personalized welcome sign. We all agreed that we got the best sleep we've had in a long time, too. The house was immaculate and truly felt like home. The proximity to the university and downtown -- and even being within walking distance of cafes -- were just the icing on the cake. I can't say enough about the kindness of the hosts and their responsiveness to our questions. I'd book this home again in a heartbeat when back in Columbus with a group.
