This central and comfortable apartment located 4 minutes walk from the Rambla de Vilanova, is perfect for families who want to enjoy the convenience of being close to restaurants and shops and be able to travel by car to enjoy the beach and everything that offers the Garraf [hidden] of the pluses of this apartment is that it has private parking (Please note that the car can not be very big).
The apartment has two bedrooms, one of them with a 150x200 double bed, a private bathroom with a shower and a small balcony where you can enjoy the summer afternoon.
The other is a spacious and comfortable room that has two 90x200 single beds, one of which is under the other.
The second bathroom has a bathtub, sink and sink.
The kitchen, although very well equipped, does not have a dishwasher. It is located next to the dining room which has a small terrace at the back where you can have an aperitif or have a nice time.
The apartment is fully equipped with air conditioning and heating, as well as Wi-Fi connection.
Outside the apartment on the third floor is the laundry room equipped with a washing machine, sink and clothes hanger.
