About this house rental

Beautifully restored historic 1920s home perfectly located between downtown St. Augustine and Vilano beach. This home, formerly known by local residents as "The Titanic,' was divided into an upstairs/downstairs duplex in the 1970s and lovingly restored to preserve its charm. This upstairs unit features two bedrooms (one with a King bed and one Queen bed), a bathroom with walk in shower, a full kitchen that opens to the spacious living room and a private balcony.

There is a separate unit downstairs, and the foyer is shared between the units. However, the upstairs unit and balconey are all yours and are entirely private.
