A casa foi remodelada e está muito bem decorada e cuidada. A limpeza também estava impecável. Noto ainda a disponibilidade do anfitrião, com quem foi sempre muito fácil comunicar, e o facto de ter tido o cuidado de deixar os essenciais na casa (quer nos wcs, quer na cozinha, onde tínhamos tudo o que precisávamos, desde detergente de loiça, a básicos para cozinhar, produtos para o banho e higiene pessoal, etc). Pequenos gestos que fazem toda a diferença. Por fim, destaco a boa relação qualidade-preço.
O nosso grupo ficou nesta casa num dia/noite de muito muito calor. A casa não é quente e tínhamos ventoinhas à disposição, mas claro que o ar condicionado teria dado jeito. De resto, nada a apontar.

L’appartamento nuovo, pulito e carino. Tre bagni per cinque persone sono ottimi. Parcheggio privato e metro vicina consentono di utilizzare l’appartamento per la visita di Porto e dei dintorni. Presenza nelle vicinanze di ristoranti ottimi e supermercati in cui recarsi a piedi.
Un po’ di rumore causato dal passaggio della metro.

Está muy bien el apartamento muy limpio con electrodomésticos en la cocina y buen menaje. Las habitaciones y sofá cama confortables.
El ruido del tren hasta casi las 1 de la mañana e inicio a las 6 y media de la mañana. Por lo demás todo correcto
