This house offers two bright bedrooms, a spacious living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private terrace perfect for relaxing outdoors. The interior blends modern comfort with traditional charm, and the location within an "ilha" brings a unique sense of community. Ideal for couples, families, or friends traveling together. A Jacuzzi is available for your personal use.
The use of the jacuzzi is paid (extra cost) and it is necessary to notify us if you wish to use it in order to turn it on.

All house space and amenities are included in this booking. Feel completely at home.

Located in a peaceful residential area of Porto, the property sits within one of the city’s few remaining “ilhas”, once typical worker housing that now offers a charming, quiet setting rarely found. Despite the tranquility, you’re just a short drive or metro ride from the historic centre, popular shopping spots, and the city’s top restaurants.

- Check-in and Check-out Procedure:
To ensure that your arrival and departure are as comfortable as your stay, please note:
Check-in: From 3:00 PM. We have everything prepared so that your only concern is to enjoy.
Check-out: Until 11:00 AM. Need more time? Let us know.
- Self-Catered: We provide a welcome kit with hygiene products for the first day as a courtesy. Replacements or refills are available for an additional cost.
- Enhance your stay with extra services, such as additional keys, additional cleaning, and extra bedding. For more information and rates, please contact us.
- All guests must fill out a registration form according to Portugal's local laws. This form will be sent after the reservation confirmation.
- The tourist tax in Porto is €3 per night, per person, for stays in hotels and local accommodations, with a maximum of 7 consecutive nights.
