No smoking or vaping permitted. Please note: There are 2 steps in the garden.. A barn-style door leads through to the cosy reception room, where a woodburner and Smart TV create the perfect setting for evenings in after a day exploring Norfolk.

Traditional steep cottage stairs lead to the first floor, where you will find two comfortable bedrooms. The twin bedroom has a feature fireplace that adds to the cottage’s character, while the double bedroom offers a peaceful place to rest after a busy day. Please note that, in keeping with the age and charm of the property, there is a low door frame and reduced ceiling height in the master bedroom. The modern bathroom is fitted with a bath and overhead shower, ideal for a refreshing start or a relaxing soak at the end of the day. Outside, guests benefit from off-street parking with CCTV for added peace of mind, as well as a fully enclosed private garden. It is the perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee or an evening drink, and it is also very dog-friendly. Up to two dogs are welcome, and there is even a handy muddy-paws shower to rinse off after countryside walks.

If cycling is your thing, then there are 2 bike racks provided for guests to use with their own security measures.
