By booking this property, the Primary Guest agrees that if anyone in their party chooses to use any optional lake gear, that use is subject to the Lake Gear Waiver. The Primary Guest is responsible for informing all guests in their party of these terms. No guest may use any lake gear unless the Primary Guest has agreed to the waiver. Use of lake gear is optional and at the guest’s own risk.
Life jackets must be worn when using kayaks or paddle boards. Guests are responsible for using all gear safely, following local rules and conditions, and returning items in the same condition they were provided.
