NO central A/C at this property. The home does have 2 window AC units that can be installed during summer months
NO Parties, Fireworks, or Pets allowed at this property
Camp trailers and RVs are not allowed at this home, and parking is limited to the area next to the home & parking on the street.
This home has a public dock on the lake for summer use & is for loading and unloading "only". The beach is public. There will be public parking and public gatherings on the docks and beach.
The garage is not accessible to guests for parking. Guests may park in front of the garage and also in front of/in between the two marked poles.
All reservations must submit identification and sign the DoneRight Management rental agreement w/in 72 hours of booking.
This home has a two-night minimum stay, but some date ranges require a 3- or 4-night stay.
Make yourself at home, but please be respectful of locked cupboards and doors that indicate a private space.
All our properties have self-check-in via keyless entry or lockbox. Guest access codes and check-in information will be sent to guests one week prior to arrival.
Parties and events are NOT allowed at this property.
Check-in is any time after 4 PM. Check out is at 10 AM.
The guest renting this home must be an adult 25 years or older and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reservation period.
This property is subject to all City of McCall ordinances, including those specific to noise levels, occupancy, and safety.

Your worry-free, DoneRight Management vacation rental is equipped with linens, towels, toiletry items, and kitchen essentials. To start your vacation off right, we've provided a day's worth of supplies, including your morning coffee, paper towels, bathroom tissue, and garbage bags. Also provided, where required, is propane for gas grills and enough wood for indoor fireplace use during your stay. For properties with a fire pit, guests will need to purchase wood, available at several local stores.
Each rental property also includes a guest book with information and tips unique to the home, along with recommendations, local activities and events, local emergency contact information, including how to contact us – we're always just a phone call away.
Our office is located on the corner of North 3rd Street and McGinnis Street in McCall (directly across the street from The Mill restaurant) - stop by and say hello! Our office hours are Monday-Friday 9am to 6 pm, and Saturdays from 10 am to 4:30 pm.
