It includes one numbered parking space behind the building (please note that the access is only 1.95 mt wide, not suitable for SUVs or minibuses) and a shared washing machine. The apartment features a satellite TV, coffee maker, microwave, hairdryer in the bathroom, and air conditioning. The layout includes a living room with a kitchenette and a single sofa bed, a triple bedroom (double bed + single bed), and a bathroom with a shower.
