Az apartman fantasztikus helyen, Lignano Sabbiadoro tengerpartjától pár lépésre helyezkedik el. A helyiségek tiszták voltak, a szobák 4 fő részére kényelmesek, jól felszereltek. Nagyon szerettük az erkélyt, ahonnan kilátásunk volt a tengerre. Örültünk neki, hogy a gépkocsinkat zárt, csak az apartman házban tartózkodók által használt udvaron helyezhettük el. Akinek elege van a tengerből (vagy a homokból) az épület kertjében a pinea fák árnyékában pihenhet a medence mellett. Gabriele, aki az apartman kiadását intézte nagyon kedves, segítőkész.
Az egyetlen negatívum, hogy a törölközőkért és ágyneműkért külön kell fizetni, ezek díja az apartman árában nincs beépítve.

Sauber, Schöner Ausblick. der Pool wurde renoviert schön!
Die Küche, Kühlschrank sehr klein, unpraktisch. Kein Geschirrspüler. Im Schlafzimmer stinken alle Schubladen nach Kleber, so dass man darin nichts halten kann.
