Stay Connected (or Not!) – WiFi and cable are available, but with the beach just across the street and through the dunes, you may not want to be!
Coastal Comfort – Open-concept design keeps everyone connected between the kitchen, dining, and living areas.
Bonus Features – Full-size washer/dryer, covered patio, and access to complex pool. The pool is shared with only 7 other units as it is a small complex.
Parking and Essentials:Two assigned parking spaces, plus additional street or unmarked spots available.
Floor Plan: First floor features living spaces, a half bath, master bedroom with a king bed and bathroom. The second floor features another master bedroom with a king bed and bathroom. One guest room has a queen and twin bed. The other guest bedroom has a twin bunk with a full and twin bed, and an additional twin bed. This home sleeps 11 people.
Starter Kit Provided – Includes toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap, trash bags, and hospitality soaps. For extended stays, consider bringing extras.
BEACH GEAR CREDIT INCLUDED
Guests with reservations of 2 to 21 nights at participating vacation properties will receive a credit toward beach gear rentals during their stay.

-Trailers may not be parked in the parking lot at the complex, but can be parked on the street if following local city ordinances. Most people rent a spot to park their trailers at Marker 37.
