We really enjoyed our ourselves, the kitchen was stocked with everything to prepare meals. Plenty of towels for everyone and clean floors.

This property was perfect for two families with small kids. It looked just like the pictures and was clean. Kids enjoyed the pool and roasting marshmallows on the fire pit.

This was a gret location fora big group family vacation. The kitchen had everything we needed and the whole layout was great. One of the bunk beds was a bit shaky but overall beds were okay. The pool is close enough to the unit but did get crowded. The game room was fun for the kids but the pool table was wobbly and that made it really challenging to play on. FYI, the Island Market nearby is very good. It saved us a longer drive than trekking to HEB.

We stayed 2 nights mid week here and had a really good time. We drove in from 6 hours away and by the time we got there at 4pm with 5 restless kids and the property wasn't ready for another 45 min. Just plan ahead if your driving from long distance. Pool was nice but just know the slides that are on the pictures were broken so be prepared for that. The grill area at the pool is excellent. They have charcoal and gas grills. The gas grills are hardwired to gas lines and they worked great. The actual house itself was great! The AC is cold cold and everything worked great. Place was very clean! It's about a 2 min drive to Whitecap Beach so its a perfect location. Overall a good experience.
