The home is in excellent condition and decorated nicely. The rooms are spacious and the backyard is adorable. Everything worked perfectly. The hosts are so sweet and left us a pumpkin pie that was delicious! The beach is walking distance or there is public parking about a block away. The pool is heated and clean. We had a blast and definitely recommend this place!

The location is wonderful very close to the beach, but the actual property needs updating. Examples pool area: three of the four lights on the tables do not work, actual pool gunite is old and stained needs resurfacing, water chairs are very old and badly stained.
Condo: you can tell the place had been cleaned, but still had an old worn out feel to it. Lot of the baseboards are needing replaced, cabinet doors do not shut. Stove door almost falls off. Dishwasher is on its last leg. Mattresses were good shape, but bedding seems cheap - far from luxury. Place is very crammed and crowded also, Again everything in the place just seems worn out and needing updated. Disappointing.
