This serene retreat is ideal for a relaxing family holiday or a fun getaway with friends. Located just a short drive from Sydney in Pearl Beach, one of the Central Coast"s most exclusive and picturesque seaside villages, the property offers the perfect blend of nature, design, and convenience.
Set among native trees on the lagoon and just a few minutes" walk from the beach, this award-winning home is sustainably designed with a minimalist, natural aesthetic. The backyard opens directly onto the lagoon with no fencing, creating a seamless connection to the water.

The Silver Bark Loft features an open loft design, with bedrooms and an office on the second level. Open voids connect the upper and lower floors, allowing light to fill the home while maintaining privacy and spaciousness in the bedrooms.

Large, open-plan kitchen and dining area leading to the outdoor dining deck
Heated plunge pool (up to 26 C takes the edge off but is not hot)
Private backyard opening onto the lagoon
Lounge and media room with drop-down screen and streaming services, including free-to-air TV
