We have stayed at the central coast a fair bit over the past years, but this house and Pearl Beach are exceptional.
The house is a modern, light-filled, well-appointed family home. The location was perfect, nestled in the forest a short stroll to the beach, and a park, playground, and tennis courts close by. The garden is fully fenced rear garden was tranquil and very private. A great place to play with the kids and we loved the outdoor shower. We only came with our kids this weekend but looking forward to bringing the grandparents along next time. The two different living areas allow for some peace and quiet, which was great too. Looking forward to booking again.

We had a wonderful girls weekend away. The house was lovely and so well equipped. It's such a beautiful part of the world and do close to Sydney. Would 100% come back. Also a great location/house to stay with family.Amanda was a great host. Easy to communicate with and very helpful with information about local restaurants / cafes.
