The "Muschel" duplex apartment in Haus Berlin is located in the idyllic village of Loddin on the island of Usedom and features modern amenities and a spacious floor plan. This two-story residence is part of a well-maintained building constructed in 1996 and was last extensively renovated in 2025. With a total of 65 m² of living space, the apartment is ideal for up to four people, including two sleeping arrangements specifically designed for children, and thus offers families and couples a pleasant environment in which to relax.
The layout of the duplex apartment is designed for comfort: In addition to a separate bedroom with laminate flooring, you’ll find a light-filled living room with a cozy sofa area and other well-thought-out amenities such as a dresser, a vacuum cleaner, and complete privacy screens on all windows. In the dining area, you can enjoy convivial meals at the dining table—perfect even for longer stays.
The enclosed kitchen is fully equipped and includes, among other things, a ceramic-glass cooktop with an electric oven, a refrigerator with an integrated freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave, toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker, a wide range of kitchen utensils, as well as dishes and silverware. This means you’ll be well-equipped if you’d like to cook for yourself.
