The ranch house includes 4,114 sq ft of interior space, 3,913 sq ft of covered porches, twin stone fireplaces, a bridal suite, and tables, chairs, and linens for up to 150 guests — all included in venue packages.
Full venue rentals: $6,000 (Sun–Thu) / $8,000 (Fri–Sat). Weekend packages from $16,000.
