The accommodation
Welcome to this Exceptional villa nestled in the heart of the pine forest of Arès, between Cap Ferret and Andernos les Bains, designed to welcome travellers in search of
comfort, refinement and wide open spaces.
The first floor is built around a large living room
bright, opening onto the terrace and the swimming pool via large bay windows. The living room, warm with its
wood stove, and the dining room offer generous
volumes and a neat decoration, mixing materials
natural and contemporary touches. The kitchen,
fully equipped, seduces with its central island in
marble and its large table that can accommodate twenty guests — all bathed in natural light facing the pine trees.
The five king size bedrooms divided between the first floor and the first floor each have their own private bathroom.
Each bedroom opens onto a private balcony.
Upstairs, an additional living room accommodates
Charles Toulet oak billiards table under a
majestic ceiling with exposed beams,
opening onto a large balcony with views of the pine forest and the Basin.
Outside, you will enjoy several relaxation areas: an infinity pool with counter-current swimming and balneotherapy, a landscaped garden, two garden lounges with sunbeds, an outdoor dining area and a heated outdoor shower. Each of these spaces offers a unique atmosphere, from sunrise to sunset.
