This property is an incredible holiday rental. Nine of us stayed for a work retreat at this home comfortably that had up-to-date amenities which were all functional.
The properties foliage, pool and landscaping were immaculate and beautiful. There is even a functional tree house which is a nice touch. All of the bedrooms and toilets are spacious and there is attention to detail for things that you may need during your stay such as cookware, grill and even bikes for rental.
Eric is an excellent and hospitable host. He checked on us throughout our stay to ensure we had everything needed to be comfortable. When we had random questions even at odd times, he was always responsive and kind. Without question, I would highly recommend this home for holiday or a family getaway.

This house is simply stunning. The garden and pool is spectacular. The house is well appointed, and offers the perfect space for a large family plus some friends.

Villa is very well maintained and clean. Nice big kitchen connected with outside dining area and pool, what we really enjoyed. Big garden and great pool. We were very satisfied with everithing.

Just returned from a two-week family and friends getaway in this sublime house! Where to start! Villa Océane is wonderful - so much space and light. The pool was a highlight, and we spent most of our time around it or eating on the terrace. Marianne and Eric are justifiably proud of their house, and met us with both warmth and a guided tour. It is within a ridiculously easy drive to the airport (perfect for the rota of friends who visited) , Bordeaux and the whole of the Cap. Dinner at Chez Hortense and lunch at Cabane 171 were other highlights, as were the Bastille Day fireworks on the beach at Cap Ferret. There were a multitude of water-based activities for the teens, a wine-tasting visit and day in Bordeaux for all, and general market-visiting (the Cap Ferret market is the best) and exploring (do not miss the oyster villages of L'Herbe and Le Canon). Fantastique!
